Sometimes you wonder...

about grown ups and what makes 'em tick. I'm a model/actor and I have a dream to make it . I work very hard at it to come up with different looks and ways of reacting to clothes, the sun, the props so I can make great pictures. I'm getting better at it. Got famous enough for a television company CBS to call us up and say they wanted to do an article on me for national TV.

I was pumped. After just six months in the business I was gonna prance out there spinning around doin' my thing in front of the whole country. I'm this little girl from Buffalo, Texas and now they're filming me modeling in the studio, dancing my heart out for 'em. Erin telling me how cool I am, hugging me and everyone just smilin' at me like I'm something really special.

              Me modeling for the nation
Heck, Erin said she wanted an autographed picture of me and she kidded with me eating my nutty candy called Lucas making funny faces for the camera. I had so much fun I couldn't see straight.  They took videos of me at my house the

next day showing all the stuff that my fans have sent me, stuff that I treasure. All the time they were tellin' me how great I looked and how much I was gonna love the show...

My dreams were coming true!

They video'd my video chat (I caught a touchdown pass), they took me shopping at the mall. They video'd me going to school with my mom. Everything that they shot was great. They kept telling us how great I was and we were really gonna like the story. I felt like a star.

Then the big day of the show came on. They called it "Kids for Sale." I knew this couldn't be about me because my mom and dad wouldn't sell me for the world. But it had me in it big time. They showed me playing and kissing my sister like there was something wrong with it by making the camera shake while they showed it. They showed me in a pair of shorts and made the picture zoom in on my crotch. They put a picture of a half naked girl on my order form with her butt sticking up in the air. Where did they get that?

Kids were sold but who sold them? Looks like CBS, 48 Hours, Erin Moriarty and Paul Ryan. They lied to the me and my parents about what they were gonna put on their show. That way they could get us for free. Face the facts: When you give the wrong impression to someone to get someone to do something, that's lying. Isn't that worse when you lie to a kid? You can't dance away from that.

Maybe they can get away with it because they call this "news." But in their hearts, Erin and Paul and the guys at CBS know what they did was chicken. And I feel sorry them for every time they have to look at themselves in the mirror. They know the tricked and lied to an 11 year girl and didn't think twice about whether or not it would ruin my life.

This was gonna be my big national debut with me modeling in front of the whole country, but they put the part about me in with porn and hookers, like that's what I'm about.

This was a "news" story? Doesn't the news have  to be true?

These CBS guys went to to the Ford Modeling Agency and showed them porn pictures of  other girls in panties and asked the head of it, Katy Ford, if that was what they were looking for. What a joke! What would anyone say? Of course, the Ford Agency doesn't want that.  Any idiot would know that. You know what? Maybe they were trying to look like they were doing some real "investigative journalism." Well, I never had my pictures made in underwear.

I found out later they showed Katy Ford my pictures. She said I was adorable. Funny thing is they left that part out. They didn't put that part on the show. Why not?

The message 48 Hours was trying to send is that Internet is, nothing but pervs, porn, whores and sickos and you just might get arrested for fooling with it. I come from Buffalo (not very many modeling agencies there), Texas, get discovered by a photographer who builds a web site, CBS sees it and does a story on me and shows my pictures to the best modeling agency in the world and they say I am adorable. That's what happened. That's the truth!!! That means that what I am doing on the Internet worked and got me seen and like by the right people who liked me. It was my Internet modeling site that got my pictures shown to Katy Ford and she liked me...

But that didn't fit in with the story they wanted to tell before they ever started shooting. I guess some "news" people don't have a responsibility to tell the story as they find it. So how do we really know what's happening in Iraq or even downtown if we have to depend on liars for the news? Looks like the news is just here to entertain people. Maybe it's worse than that.

Didn't they do it like this in Russia? You know, the Iron Curtain and stuff.

Are you proud of yourselves, Erin and Paul? Is this what your visions of greatness were made of?  You wanna turn an innocent 12 year old into a little porn star for ratings? Show a  kid playing in her swimming suit while you zoom in between between her legs? Who do I see about that? You gonna own up to that? I don't think so. You are sicker than the people you tell about.

I trusted you guys and opened up to you. Didn't you even like me a little? How could you like a little girl and try to make her out a whore on national tv?

One thing I learned from all this. A whore is someone who traded in their dreams for quick and easy compromise. I still have my dreams...

Logan Out Wilding

We are pretty much over the attacks that television has made on us. Most thinking people are able to separate what we at CindModel.com do and what others do. Millions saw the deception that 48 Hours attempted to run on its own country. In some countries they would call it treason. Here we just call it free speech. The American people saw 48 Hours. They saw CindyModel.com. The esteem of "Investigative Journalism" went down another notch. Some kids at her school were very hard on Cindy, calling her disgusting names to her face and her brother's. What brave souls! That's all behind us now.  These days she is a very popular kid at school on the Honor Roll. We tripled our membership.  Media smears are never fun. But we are still here. We did Oprah, a full hour. It went pretty much the same way as 48 Hours. But we have come to realize the fact that there are lies and liars that service the American people. There will always be ignoranceand those who foster it for profit.
